Discovery Notes This bounteous basketful is a celebration of our most wonderful producers and the brilliant bottles found in our Wine Department. It includes the most majestic of Italian sparkling wines, Franciacorta Brut, a bottle of rich Upper Yarra Valley Chardonnay, the driest most delicate Fino Sherry, our soft and silky Saint Emilion from Bordeaux and a bottle of Saint Véran, produced organically by Joseph Drouhin – it is light, crisp and refreshing with notes of juicy green apples.

This wicker is also packed with a juicy and aromatic Avesso Vinho Verde from Portugal, intense and racy Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva, an Italian Gavi Terrarossa with a delicate nose of Amalfi lemons, tangerine and acacia, a bottle of our velvety Spätburgunder, spicy Haut Médoc Tours de Charmail and a Chianti Classico with its dark cherry and plummy fruit with soft tannins and gorgeous acidity, and last, but by no means least, our deliciously sweet Tokaji 5 Puttonyos.
